..’Because we know that victory and defeat are just steps to the Ladder…’ The flood and ebb of life, eternal movement. Not to be defeated by failure and not to … rely on victory! These are just moments that, if we look back, do not look as … dramatic or .. glorious, as we have thought..
LOVE,
Thelma.

That what I forget to celebrate, the victory. My friend helps me with that, telling me many times “Johanne, that is an important movement, an important day! You must take time to go have dinner over that, celebrate it. You will install an energy”. She told me that not long ago, and this morning, when I read your citation, well, that brought me back there. Every 24 hours is for me a day of believing in my dream, my mission, my passion for souls, my reason to be here, being responsible for me, for my children in helping them with finding their path, holding on the administrative part of my life, my enterprise, the building of my Foundation that will bring light to the ones that cannot afford and wish to reconnect to the light, their soul … I am called “Energizer”, and many friends wonder how I can go my path with all that is happening, all that is surrounding me and crossing my path … I took Reiki courses and since I need that connection with the Source of Energy. It feels like a source that I am full and that I need to be nourished with continually. But I have a responsibility. It is to connect consciously, drink, take the time to be sure that my battery is always at a good level … and that ritual of celebrating is also a responsibility for my well being and … I compare it to the Warrior who at night sits by the fire and cleans its weapon, making sure that it shines, is not broken, etc … There is energy nourishment in that celebration (ritual) and I think that I had to understand it more … well, I understand it is just that I need more discipline, more love for myself …

Johanne that’s beautiful. Rituals are very important. Thanks for the reminder!
