Merry-go-round.Thinking about items in the past or in the future is usually the Way not to get them.Or to get things transformed. And then -it's difficult to identify them. One Wish follows another(being the same)."The Power of Now" gives the only chance to celebrate Life instead of waiting-or remembering of Celebration, thinks Eckhart Tolle.

What a nice short story to read in the afternoon. So much said in the story, but I only get one scene in my head. It is a picture of a man standing in an art gallery looking at the poetry. Sometimes his arms are crossed or he rest his chin in his hand, and he shifts his weight on one leg and than the other. This could be happening right now somewhere in a gallery. Thanks Candie.

I really like this passage. It makes me think; something I have not done in a while. What a wonderful, wonderful story… Thank you! I’m going to hold onto this and reread it many times.

I love your story, Candie. Reading it, I feel I've been shot through by Cupid's arrow. It is right on target - every word of it.

The poem with which it starts out is splendid. Instantly it draws me in and captures my attention and I am like this startled deer standing in a clearing. This man who is standing there before the painting - I am inside his head and I can sense his whole being focused upon what he sees, what he desires. And that last paragraph, it is the arrow flying straight and true. The last line: bull's-eye! The heart, dead center! And in that instant, the deer and the archer are staring at one another eye-to-eye, across a great distance, and yet there is no distance between them; between them, only one life.

Thank you, Candie!

With Love,
Savita
