Very smart remarque, Annie!

I have noticed, that when we follow our dreams (in mind, living with an open heart), even our bodies will get slower at aging (in physics). It’s probably because we are not stressing our body and giving more positive vibes to ourselves, making our body happy in line with our mind. This is true!

We will shine and be radiant outise when we are lively inside.

But noone can fight nature (in the matter of physical body).
But our mind is a bowl of possibilities.
And our soul will stay here forever – we all leave marks in this world. Even if we do not believe it or if we do not see or know it.

I just have let to belive in dreams. I think that god must be on holliday, or he´s forgot to do his job. you only have to have a view to this world. i only find walls in my way. i thought a i was a worrior but i´m tired to fight. i´ve lost my dreams. i cannot stand

Thanks Demmy and Katie, i know i should love myself coz who will if i wont? It’s just so sad and so hard but i know in time i can overcome this. Maybe i just need to divert myself on other things that can make me happy. I just want a happy life in its true sense.

I agree with Demmy.

it is important to take ourselves seriously and love ourselves as deeply as we want to love others. because, it is “me” who is my companion through all my life; and it is important to love my companion (myself) very much, because then I will grow and be able to enjoy life and also tackle hard times :o)

it is not worth to give love to somebody who does not respond appropriately. we all – as human beings – are worth much more than such a response that you obtain.

go for your dreams, love yourself, this will give you power. “depending on his ignorance” will just hurt and reduce the positive energy.

I totally agree with you – It is our dreams that keep us young – I find so many young people over here, who have given up on dreaming as a result of bad social circumstances etc. This is really sad.

Καλημέρα Γιάννη και καλό μήνα,
συγνώμη για τη καθυστέρηση στηνν απάντηση αλλά μου έτυχαν διάφορα και πιεστικά που δεν επέτρεπαν καμία αναβολή και το πιθανότερο είναι μιας και αύριο είναι Δευτέρα να μην την διαβάσεις αλλά τουλάχιστον προσπάθησα.
Είναι γεγονός ότι λογική και συναίσθημα μπορούν να δώσουν ΚΑΙ άλλα αποτελέσματα αυτά είναι που φοβάμαι, ενώ με τη λογική είσαι τουλάχιστον σίγουρος (προσωπική άποψη.
Το ότι τα συναισθήματα μας κάνουν φοβερά πολύπλοκες υπάρξεις συμφωνώ απόλυτα με τις αδυναμίες έχω ένα ζήτημα.
Δεν μου αρέσουν για μένα προσωπικά, δεν έχω κανένα πρόβλημα με τις αδυναμίες των άλλων. Για μένα αδυναμία είναι π.χ να “ανοίγεις” μια πτυχή σου και ο άλλος να την χρησιμοποιεί εναντίον σου. Ποιός φταίει? Φυσικα εγώ που το επέτρεψα να συμβεί, γιατί είναι μαθηματικά βέβαιο πως όποιος έχει κάποια δύναμη, όποια και αν είναι αυτή, θα τη χρησιμοποιήσει, το πως είναι συνάρτηση πολλών παραγόντων.
Ο Καζαντζάκης έλεγε (συγνώμη που δεν θυμάμαι τα ακριβή λόγια πέρασαν πολλά χρόνια αλλά συνοπτικά είναι τα εξής) “πως αν δεν αγαπήσεις και δεν πληγωθείς δεν ζείς είσαι νεκρός και δεν το ξέρεις, γιατί ακόμα και όταν πονάς και όταν πληγώνεσαι σημαίνει πως είσαι ζωντανός”.
Εγώ έχω να προσθέσω τα εξής ζωή που σε πονάει και πληγώνεσαι δεν είναι ζωή είναι μικρός θάνατος και δεν είμαι και τόσο σίγουρη αν αξίζει και το κόπο δηλαδή.
Αν το να χρησιμοποιώ τη λογική μου εξασφαλίζει σε ικανοποιητικό βαθμό να μην πληγώνομαι, το προτιμώ από το συναίσθημα που μπορεί να έχει ΚΑΙ άλλα αποτελέσματα αλλά χωρίς εγγύηση ότι όλα θα είναι καλά.
Όσο για την αρμονία θα πω το εξής παράδειγμα πες ότι έχω μια ζυγαριά και από τη μία έχω 50 κιλά σίδερο και από την άλλη 50 κιλά βαμβάκι και τα δύο ζυγίζουν το ίδιο και έτσι η ζυγαριά ισορροπεί, αλλά δεν έχουν και τον ίδιο όγκο για αυτό και όταν δείς το σίδερο σου φαίνεται λιγότερο και το βαμβάκι περισσότερο αλλά δεν είναι, ζυγίζουν το ίδιο.
Που σημαίνει η ισορροπία μπορεί να κρατηθεί ακόμα και με διαφορετικούς όγκους υλικών αρκεί να έχουν το ίδιο βάρος. Δεν έχει σημασία τι χρησιμοποιείς περισσότερο αρκεί και το αντίβαρο να είναι του ίδιου βάρους, έστω και αν έχει μικρότερο όγκο.
Συγνώμη αν σε κούρασα με τη φιλοσοφική μου άποψη.

Success…what is success?

media portray that success is beating others.. as is sport if you won gold medal you succeed if you failed to collect medal you ‘failed’…. just as the title ‘Winner Stand Alone’ suggest!

I feel that it gives very narrow sense of success. I would like to define success as getting things done correctly ( or may I say satisfactorily)!
If we see success in this way, then as Adeshola Afolabi said if you are following your dream, nothing is a problem!
