I am leaving for a spiritual retreat that may last 4 or 5 days (depending oh my behaviour…OMG!) During this period, I will only have access to internet for 20 min a day ( 2 x OMG!!!)
Estou indo para um retiro espiritual que pode durar 4 ou 5 dias (dependendo do meu comportamento..OMG) Durante este periodo, só posso acessar a internet 20 min por dia ( 2 x OMG!)
However, I am doing with some friends in Twitter the translations of my quotes in different languages. Please feel free to follow them, who will post twice a day the quotes they like

I hope you find the spiritual upliftment you need. Hmmm.. I wonder though, how could someone be constantly inspired? How do maintain that state of mind? You know sometimes life gets so much, you forget the magic in this world. I think it’s good to take time and rediscover what you’ve always known :)
On a completely different note though.. The World Cup is here!! Almost! Is anyone attending from here? Paulo? Say YESS!!! It’s going to be amazing! :D I’m excited :) The feeling of people coming together is just so great!

I think this is wonderful dear Paulo.
I’ve done Vipassana and it was truly a one of the Greatest experiences. Don’t know what type of spiritual retreat you are doing but nevertheless it will be amazing I’m sure.
It’s always great to retreat into ourselves away from everything and the Internet!! I’ll miss your quotes for sure, but good for me too, to stay a little away from the internet, I’m only on Twitter for You.
Anyway, have a Wonderful time, make the best use of the time for yourself, your mind and soul.

Well I know what is going to happen, you are going to have an excellent behavior so that your retreat will be reduced to 3 days. :P And 20 minutes at day aren´t that bad. It will do good to you.

Lap-top is o.k. we do not carry it with us all the time. It leaves us space for our personal, real life.
Mobile phone: I very rarely use it. It is in a way a personal … secretary keeping the calls and sms, mms that are sent to us. We can control it easily!!
I do not have a blackberry, iphone or ipad[although I was thinking of buying one!]. My logic told me that this would make me fully obsessed and addicted to the Virtual Reality and lose the ‘here and now’. I like being in touch with my friends, but this is just the .. Prologue, the Prelude.. We need to live life alive and touch and look into the eyes of people and our loved ones. To keep the balance and transcend our loneliness and separateness.

Enjoy your time there Paulo. I hope it brings to you what you are seeking. I think it’s time I had a spiritual retreat too. I’ve never had one my whole life. My heart and soul is yearning for serenity and the knowingness that everything is as it should be, and confirmation that I’m on the right path.

‘Je vais faire une retraite spirituelle qui pourra durer 4 ou 5 jours (tout depend de ma conduite OMG!) Durant cette periode je n;aurais acces a l’internet que 20 mns par jour (2x0mg)
Cependant je continue avec des amis sur Tweeter (que je n’ai jamais rencontre mais qui sont toujours mes amis) des traductions de mes quotations dans des langues differentes.Suivez les, elles seront postees deux fois par jour,Cris Carvalho recherchera les quotations qui lui plaisent.
Merci a tous les amis, ici sur Twitter et Facebook , ous pouvons utiliser l’internet pour combler un vide qui va au-dela des langues. Que Dieu nous guide toujours pour nous aider a construire un monde meilleur.
