I am quite touched by your words. I am dealing now with rejection from the person I love. He doesn’t love me back. That is such a difficult thing to deal with. Makes it worse as he won’t give any reason. It doesn’t matter. Before this rejection, I had one of those failed relationships, a marriage, that ended because I felt so alone. Alone because I did not count with support. What you do for your wife isn’t extraordinary, is the beautiful ordinary, what we should all expect from the person that says loves us. I admire that you have been able to be happy with the ordinary life. Perhaps there is something wrong with me, or maybe not. I see that you give and receive. Your wife gives and receives. Beautiful balancing act. I hope I can one day stumble onto that. Thanks for your beautiful every day story. I guess the key is to leave selfishness out of the equation. My best to you

Sona July 9, 2010 at 2:35 pm

In life .. we remain in a state of searching for the person that we ll love & in finding that person we give our heart to and after that we start a long term relationship where we put all our hopes and our ambitious, thinking that our happiness is related to this person.. We overcome all the mistakes and fatal errors in that relationship, seeking only to provide happiness to that person & forgeting ours..I’ve been through a lot of love relations but till now i didnt blame myself for losing those friends whom couldnt forget me till now.. I just realized that to live in this life I have to love myself before offering love to others.. I’m now investing my positive feeling with friends only .. hope u live a happy life :)

Magnificent – It seems to me that you both must bounce ideas and open eachothers hearts and minds to new realisations and ideas – Congratulations to you both on finding something that you demonstrably love passionately (both vocation and partnership)and thankyou for sharing that passion. :)

Such a lovely story from both of your love life..
Somehow I always wondering, should an artist married an artist to have this kind of marriage, like a perfect marriage that you and your wife have?
Can I have that kind of marriage while I’m not an artist and I always have a relationship with an artist?
Your story sooo inspiring..

Honestly, in all the times i have enjoyed the hills and watery crevices of mother nature – never would i expect to stumble across a beautiful art work made by a human yet supplemented by nature itself… thank you for broadening my horizons. Imagine that!

Its a very interesting concept hiding the work so it matures under the mud, water and stones. Poetically correct in all the ways things should be done. I have to read all of her books over the next few weeks. Thanks for sharing.

PS you look like a little cave man!

Fascinating and beautiful. As a photojuornalist, I love telling stories, and capturing memories naturally. This art form is fascinating to me. It is a beautiful image, trasformed by nature. Indeed, each piece tells a story. Thank you for the introduction.

Thanks, Sona. I think you are right. I have given probably a little too much and feel depleted. I was under the impression that by giving, I would receive, but instead, by giving without expecting much, I was taken advantage of and put into a position in which I did not have anything left to give. All the Best for you as well.
