I have no idea where I am going

by Paulo Coelho on February 15, 2011

EM PORTUGUES AQUI: Senhor, eu não sei onde estou indo
EN ESPANOL AQUI: No tengo idea de adónde voy

My Lord God, I have no idea where I am going,
I do not see the road ahead of me.
I cannot know for certain where it will end.

Nor do I really know myself,
and the fact that I think I am following your will
does not mean that I am actually doing so.

But I believe that the desire to please you does in fact please you.
And I hope I have that desire in all that I am doing.

I hope that I will never do anything apart from that desire.
And I know that if I do this you will lead me by the right road,
though I may know nothing about it.

I will not fear, for you are ever with me,
and you will never leave me to face my perils alone.

We co-create, and our Co-Pilot is always there. No need to fear with the Infinite on your side. Thanks Paulo!

I was lost for a while but what helped me overcome this empire was the light of faith and your books

there have been times in my life that I knew where I wanted to go and how to get there and times such as the present that I am drifting without any direction…It is comforting if difficult to let go and let God…Thanks Mr. C.

Thank you paulo, this is exactly what i needed to read this morning. There are so many things pulling me in different directions, duties, wishes, dreams, and love and I just don’t know which way to go or what I can really do, and what will come out of everything. Just have to have faith, and beleive that god is there watching over me through it all. Bought a tear to my eye. Thanks muah!
