The meaning of the crowns

When Moses rose to the heavens to write a certain part of the Bible, the Almighty asked him to draw small crowns on top of some of the letters of the Torah.
Moses asked, “Creator of the Universe, why put these crowns here?”

“Because in a hundred generations, a man called Akiva will interpret the true meaning of these drawings.”

“Show me the interpretation of this man,” said Moses.

The Lord took Moses to the future and placed him in a classroom where Rabbi Akiva was teaching.
A student was asking the Rabbi, “Rabbi, why do some of these letters have these crowns drawn on them?”

“I don’t know,” Akiva answered, “I believe that even Moses didn’t know. But as he was the greatest prophet of all, he did that in order to teach us that even when we don’t comprehend everything the Lord does, we still have to do what He asks us to.”

And so Moses turned and apologised to the Lord.

Obedience and the supremacy of the almighty is objected in all natural creations just around us so this is not a point to lose to understand the meanings of untold things. Crown on top of the words distinguish the crowned words like Quran carries a certain set of words and their meanings are still hidden and no body knows accept almighty himself. Why almighty kept them secret from all? the main reason that appeals me to accept myself as being illiterate of such words is “better to have these words rather than having their meanings here in this perishable world” God specially indicates certain notations to people that there is a day when people are subjected to raise from death and raised to the day of judgement. Men would be answered all those quires they kept as questions and they will be either rewarded for deeds or be forgiven for their deeds and conducts.

All that compulsory is is to pass through the gate of this world. never underestimate it…..never ruin the life in the world for the life hereafter, be realistic and avoid prejudice. this is the way to have the meanings of crowned words in bible and special characters in holy Quran for Muslims.

  2. Perhaps the letter points to the crown, which points to that which is its source—a parable that tells us that Love is primary and even archetypal symbols merely point to their source, source and unifier of all perspectives.

Perhaps in the integration of opposites, of symbols (i.e. letters, myths, things) and their meanings (soul, essence, spirit), we ourselves, in our collective situation, constellate the eternal mystery.

Obedience….. Hard at times, but if we will just trust in Him, and endure, we will be given crowns beyond measure.

from the “Greatest”, the “Creator of Universe”?

It is nothing to believe the ambiguity or uncertain things since the religion itself provoking the real thoughts and virtues at every cost with no fear to stand against evil. while doing something in uncertain situation or conducting something with absolute ambiguity….it simply reflects the same situation where Moses was unaware about the Khizer’s conducts which he was carrying out with Almighty orders or will. like Killing an infant is sin but Khizer did it in Moses presence where Moses raised an objection and got an prompt answer that Moses is getting impatient….so Moses should wait unless things are defined for him briefly……and Moses accepted the notation…. came from the Man from the lord of both.

So we should not say or accept unknown things or the things with ambiguity or no acknowledgements found about them are just a truth, reality, fact or real virtuous……….in fact the the restriction of a specific time is terribly tagged with such events, thoughts and ideas or things.

Like exploring the men of Caves……..how far we are about the truth……exploring the Yajooj Majooj….do you think modern satellite system is failed to find this nation already existing here on our living earth…..and there are other things but I would avoid details here….

In all books sent by God, man is told that he is created with an impatient nature and due to that man is quarrelsome for his attitudes and conducts.

Here while speaking in the light of above post and the religious approach used for reference to quote the situation.

Here I feel difficulty to accept things for untold truth….but I can accept such things for the sake of time to come to know things….

Not comprehend ‘everything’… , but we do not understand … anything! :)))Science is still trying to find … HIM: in Cern laboratories they are trying to find the … particle of God! But LIFE, LOVE, GOD are MYSTERIES, so is ‘time and space’. We live, in the material planes, touching only with our intuition, our HEART, the TRUTH! What I have realised is that only LOVE gives meaning to our existence!

      Dear Thelma,

How are you my friend? :) I love what you said and I believe that everything happens for a reason even when we don’t know why or how things are suppose to play out. It is from personal experience that even some of the worst experiences have come to show with time, that it was the best thing to happen. Have faith that God knows what’s to happy and dreams do come true, but sometimes just not the way you think.

You know you quoted Socrates : “I know one thing, that I know nothing.” I read a story once about how he derived this saying. Apparently, he had gone to an oracle and she told him that he was the wisest of them all, but he, thinking that he does not know everything, couldn’t be. So he conducted an experiment. He went to different wise men across the land and the more each wise man claimed to know, the least knowledge they actually had. Socrates noticed their arrogant attitude, that they knew everything, hampered their learning. He then understood the oracle, that he was the wisest of them all, because he admitted to know nothing, he had the capacity to learn the most.

It’s amazing, he was an outstanding mind. He lived prior to religion and he believed and searched for a higher power, to make people think about purpose and through him most of what we know today exists, as well as the manner in which we think and behave.

      Kind Regards,

      Hi dearest DR. Yajna!!!
Yajna has worked hard and now is a medicine doctor! She is also a Warrior of the Light and a person full of love and understanding! What a better combination for a doctor?? Because doctors are ‘healers’ too! They use Science but their Intuition too! They ‘use’ Synaesthesia’ to make their diagnosis! Imagine a baby crying and showing pain and cannot talk! The Magus Doctor ‘knows’! I was so lucky: for my children I had the best Paediatrician! He could do ‘mind reading’! One of my ‘teachers’! Because he is LOVE and also a great ‘singer’ and adores music! To be a doctor is not a .. profession. It is an act of love! This is the reason for giving an oath: Hippocrates’ Oath.
Yes I have used Socrates’ quote .. Arrogance and Egoism are the enemies of … wisdom! :))) None ‘knows’ everything! We are all the ‘Researchers of the Truth’ and .. ‘He is the Way, the Truth and Life.’ LIFE= the REAL LIFE, in our natural home, Paradise! Happy holidays and happy … Returning HOME.

      Dearest Thelma,

Thank you my dear friend for such beautiful words! I’m so amazed at how proud u are of me! I really appreciate your support! You know, I’ve wanted to become a medical doctor my entire life, and during my final year in high school, I was faced with series of dilemmas, one of which was moving away from home for 6 years, and at the time, my family and my bf (who at the time I loved very much), and pretty much everything I knew, in addition, there are so many risks in medicine here in South Africa, for example, it’s the highest percentage of HIV and AIDS patients in the world, and the job itself is very high risk, although noble. My bf at the time gave me the Alchemist, and said I’ll find my way with it. In that crucial time, it gave me the power to go for my dreams. It helped me choose my dream before anything else, and although a long road, I knew, I’d have to make it. Strangely as I grew over the years, I found the Alchemist never left me, nor has Paulo’s words. It’s gotten me through so much, and uplifted me in times of need. You know, I’ve actually been writing and following his blog for the last 6 years?? I used to even follow and write the warrior of light newsletter. It’s just amazing. I can’t tell u, besides medicine, I’ve done so much to become a youth leader and guide for others, I have excelled in so many ways, and strangely so, Paulo’s books and words, has never left me. In fact some times I’ve taken his advice through others. Have u? Has anyone, like a stranger told u a Paulo quote or words that changed u?

      Much love

This is exactly something I could never stand, and which I just can’t do now. I can’t stand it.
Even more than now, I use to be very curious since a child and when I used to make questions and had as answer “I don’t know why is this so, but so was done by the elders and so you must do.” I literally hate that! Why? Well this is the reason why these things get on my nerves. It is not enough for them to not know, but to misinterpret what they, we, I too don’t know and than start believing something in a mistaken way. And mistakes lead to illusions, and illusions are nothing but lies and lies create much other troubles…
So I ALWAYS preferred to be skeptic and FIND the answers myself rather than do something that others wanted to “impose” on me.
This is why I can’t stand secrets, and mysteries as they are are hard to bear for me… That is why I’ve choose to be open as a person although I am often seen as crazy for risking, or very helpful to others… For me it mostly is a kind of revenge…

Anyways, no matter my issue with it there is one thing that experience with my intuition has taught me. We make a big deal of unimportant things. Often things are just the way they are and have no meaning at all but the one we see straight to our eyes. It is just our imagination that sends us too far, so if I was Moses I’d apologize God for this: “Sorry God for making a big deal for nothing! Somethings just are. Just that, nothing more.”
It has actually happened to me many times, and the more I realize that, the better my intuition works…

My strong BELIEF is that although we see with different eyes, we all share the same heart with God in God and whatever God wants it is already written inside there, so actually there is nothing unknown to us. All we want to know is inside of us and it doesn’t have to be so hard to be seen, but that’s why we evolve, to get cleaner mind/eyes.
So whatever God wants is what I we want too although we(mind) might not understand, but the heart feels and we follow. Only fear can stop us.
How come that the HUMAN, this intelligent and REBELLIOUS creature “who has never seen God in person”, feels the need to obey Him blindly sometimes?
They know by their heart where their treasure is…

It is not my arrogance that I mind now, but I mostly long for eyes to see…

    Have a nice day all!
    Olta

The Torah how I understand it is the story of life with ups and downs.
Each one can interpret it the way he/she wants.
It is composed of letters and numbers.
You mentioned in Aleph that it is a mathematical term , a number that contains all the numbers and letters in the Hebrew alphabet and also in the Arab one, etc.
The singing of the Torah can be divided into two main groups:
the sepharad (Spain) when the Jews were ousted from Spain and is similar to the Coran and the ashkenazi (Germany) from the Medieval Jews community in Germany which derives more from the Christian one.
The crown to the letters is called Tagin .

This is a wonderful story. We will never know exactly what God wants.
Anyone who thinks he knows what God wants, is on a very dark road. Religions tend to think so. But even if they have the truth, when we know what God wants, what changes in the world? Nothing! There are no Christians, I do not criticize other religions. There are not mine. I see no difference, frankly. God will not save us, we must do it ourself. And no prayer will change that.

We don’t understand everything that happens to us or people around us, why such barbaric acts as rapes happen to women or to children and yet we have to exclaim Thy will be done doubting if it is really Your will. However, we have to surrender and remember that our wisdom and knowledge is considered madness before Your eyes.
Thy will be done, my Lord.
But, please my Lord, bring Peace, Hope and Understanding, Love and Faith to the person I’m praying for, who was raped two weeks ago, and is walking now through a valley of darkness.
I believe you grant each human being only the burden they can bear.
May my prayer and my tears and the prayer and the tears of all the people who reading this post sympathise with her say a prayer to reach You.
May she raise from the ashes she was left in.
May she fight with all her strength to get over this.

M Christine

Tricky and dangerous topic, I would agree with the story if it further explained that it is: our own PERSONAL experience of God that should mediate to us what He asks us to do and not somebody else’s experience mediated to us!
The reason is that the later case will make form us blind followers of other’s which is always wrong no matter how wise or enlightened this other is. This is what I believe anyway.
