They give expression to our relationships in a way that extends their experience and therefore extends our hearts. "a pen that is always writing ends up losing the awareness of what it is doing." So true. Rest and activity are equal partners in the dance. If one falls out of step, the other will have bruised feet and the dance will never be as beautiful as it once could have been.
